Import Orders

Using customizable programs within Directions, orders placed on a web site that is independent of the Directions software can automatically be imported into your fulfillment system.  This allows your web orders to be processed in the same manner as your traditional orders.  It also frees up your people and reduces errors.

This process also works in the other direction.  Inventory data can be exported from Directions to your web site so that you can accurately report your inventory status to your customers as they order.  This feature is valuable as it results in satisfied customers by eliminating unforeseen backorders and delays.
